The October meeting was called to order on the 9^th of October, at the Fairway Café in Lynden WA. 

Guests included Bill Peters, nice to see Bill back.  Samantha Kellet was present representing her father.  It is rumored that Samantha is better looking than Paul.  

Chapter Director Calman started the meeting, with District News that Staff will be changing shortly.  It is likely that the District Rally will again be in Lynden July 17-20 however the State staff has not yet secured the fairgrounds.  

Chapter Director Calman, asked members to attend the Chapter C breakfast, being held at the North Everett Eagles, which is located at 1216 Broadway Ave.  Anyone wishing to drive or ride together, shall meet at REI around 6:45 am and be ready to leave at 7 am. This takes place October 13^th.  

October 20^th a gathering will be held for all of the Hobo’s of Chapter H at the Renskers residence.   This will be the Fall Harvest Potluck, featuring HOBO stew.  Time is 4 pm please bring your favorite canned food, or vegetable to add to the stew.  You may wish to bring bread, or a salad, or dessert as well.  The Renskers reside in Blaine at 543 Boblett St.  

Chapter H will be celebrating its anniversary of 25 years.  November 10^th will be the day of the celebration and the dinner is at the Fairway Café.  This event starts at 6 pm, so be there to share the memories of the last 25 years.  Judy Calman has asked if anyone has pictures to share to please get them to her, before 10-25-07.  Also please put your name on them so she can get them back to you.  The Sit Down dinner cost is $16.00 per plate.  The chapter plans on picking up half of this, so your dinner will cost $8.00. Past members are invited as well. Door prizes will be awarded throughout the dinner.  

November 13^th will be the regular chapter meeting.  

November 24 chapter H planning meeting for 2008 held at the Robertson’s residence.  This event will start at 3 pm.  

Chapter Rider Education --- Rider educator Renskers a new 1800 owner, prompted all members to check out theWashington State Patrol website which is www.wsp.wa.gov The laws are changing for 2008, and this website holds a wealth of information pertaining to bills that have passed and are pending as well.  

Colors’ drawing was held with Betty Robertson being the winner however she was not there 5 more dollars in the kitty. 

50/50 winner Jeff Kelton with $42.00 who remarked to Genieve remember the time you won, and did not tell me as Jeff was seen stuffing the $42 into his wallet.
