We left home on Sunday April 18,pulling the Roll a Home headed for Lewis & Clark Trail State Park near Waitsberg,WA.About 25 miles NE of Walla Walla.
Got about 50 miles down I-5 and realized I forgot my CPAP machine,so turned back and got it.Rode I-5,then I-90,through the Yakima Canyon at Ellensberg,down I-82 to 124.Made it to the park about 7:30
Only one other camper in the park
Weather was in the 60's the whole way.477 miles for the day.

Got up the next day rode 12 east to Lewiston,then down 129 through Anatone and found this interesting stretch of road:

Continued down OR-3 to Enterprise,up 82,& 204 to Milton Freewater,through Walla Walla and back to the park.

Left the park on Tuesday intending to find someplace along the Columbia,but as we were riding along the river,it was getting very windy and we could see rain coming,so decided to head north on 221 where we stumbled on to the Columbia Crest winery,so had to stop for some wine tasting.
Continued north to 82.When we got to Ellensberg the rain was about to catch us,so spent the night in a motel there.

Wednesday we headed north across Blewett Pass,where I stopped and put on my Gerbing's.It was pretty windy,and a little cold until we got to Leavenworth we continued on 2/97 along the river,and ended up at Winthrop and stopped at Pearrygin Lake State Park.Not all the sites were open,but there was plenty of room,only 6 other campers.It was windy,but some of the campsites are protected from the hillside,so it was fine.

On Thursday we decided to head home.It was pretty windy in spots coming across 20,but it was really pretty nearing the summit.
On the west side met 4 wings that I later learned were Cliff,Lee,Ron and Ray.Forgot I had my cb on 19,so didn't get a chance to talk to them.
Ran into a little bit of rain and wind,but it wasn't bad.
170 miles for the day.

This was the first real trip pulling the Roll a Home behind the bike.We really enjoyed the quick setup.I can definitely feel the trailer is back there,but it was not a bother for me.I definitely feel more comfortable at speeds below 65.
